First Aid / CPR / AED

MFT’s First Aid/CPR/AED training is designed to provide attendees with the know how to handle first aid emergencies from bandaging and splinting, basic respiratory assistance, and shock, to more serious incidents including cardiac arrest  and major trauma. These skills are especially important when professional responders are more than just a phone call away.

All of MFT’s instructors are either current or former professional emergency medical responders with advanced training and real world experience. Most are Washington State certified Emergency Medical Technicians drawn from metropolitan Seattle area fire departments. They are prepared to cover everything from designing a properly equipped first aid kit to the latest techniques in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and the maintenance and use of Automated External Defibrillators (AED).
